01 Founders Pack: a claimed pack does not unlock every character
The DLC requires the base game. Its CraftyCorn, KickinChicken, Bubba Bubbaphant and PickyPiggy variants become available only after the matching base Critters are unlocked through progression. Check both the DLC entitlement and the character unlock before assuming a missing variant is a grant failure. The launch post announced a free first-30-days window; check the live DLC offer before claiming.

The launch post says accounts that own and have played Project: Playtime at least once receive the hoodie through Steam Inventory. It is described as usable by all eight Critters. Check the qualifying account and its inventory, then record whether the item is absent there or only unavailable in a match. Those are different failure stages.

The official store FAQ says a separate email is sent to the checkout address within 1–5 business days; check spam and promotions too. Once your game profile has loaded, open Settings → Extras → Redeem Code. Each code is valid for one redemption on one account. The plush does not include the game. These are the seller’s instructions, not a redemption we performed.

For a missing merchandise email after five business days or a rejected code, follow the official store FAQ’s support instructions. Keep codes and receipts out of public posts. For an in-game or inventory problem, the developer-linked bug board lets you check existing reports and submit reproduction details. A report being listed there does not establish its cause or promise a fix.
